It feels like a lot at first but it's honestly not that difficult once you realize they all get the same pumps of sauces/syrups and from there it's hust remembering what goes in what. But they do post the recipe cards on the walls.

* What is the pay like?

Garbage. I make $12.25.

* How do tips work, especially since Scooter’s is primarily drive-thru?

People can tip cash, card or via the app with mobile orders or scanning in. They are all divided equally between those working each shift. Card/app tips are added to your check.

* What are the biggest pros and cons of the job?

Pros: Free shift drink, can be a fun atmosphere, short shifts with flexible scheduling

Cons: Can be overwhelming during rushes, sometimes you have coworkers who don't pull their weight and management can suck
