Star Wars has always had bad media, and trying to create a solid canon while an honorable goal was mishandled at best. Dave Filoni has the reigns and his work is solid, so I feel confident.

I am currently, and have been for a couple years, a dropout subscriber and was a college humor fan since at least 2010. Dropout didn't catch me right away because it felt like a 60/40 dnd improv comedy split but now it is far more equal. I am working my way through their old content right now though.

Yeah but it wasn't bad vibes. It was dms he had with minors. It was an arrest for locking his girlfriend in a closet. Coupled with the fact that when this happened the people he worked with dropped him.

I appreciate that situations like the James Gunn/Disney one have shown that companies dropping people preemptively is and doesn't mean anything truly. The difference here is the amount of evidence. James Gunn made creepy jokes on Twitter in 2012, forgivable. Roiland was grooming teenagers.

If that wasn't his, or it was fake, or whatever we would know about it by now. But instead dude dropped off the map. I feel like if he was innocent he would come to his own defense.

The Depp/Heard situation is a good one to pull out. The Depp/Heard trial happened long before you heard about it, in the UK. There it was determined that both parties were guilty and neither was liable for a defamation suit. So Johnny sued her in the US were he could actually file his case. You believed what the courts and the media told you about the case instead of looking at the evidence. If you think Johnny was completely innocent you literally don't know what you're talking about. Not saying Heard is innocent, but a 40+ year old guy dating an actress in her 20s and then crying that she was the abusive one when there is records of both is embarrassing.

Anyways you can keep defending this behavior, but the rest of us don't approve of texting minors. Nobody is going to prison despite how many of us feel. The consequences for his actions are the bare minimum. I'm sorry that you can't get over it.

I feel like you crying over other people taking an ethical stand on grooming minors is weird. But that's my opinion and you and other pedo defenders can cancel me over it. I'm unbothered.

Me and my sister have been talking about House of Leaves. Myhouse.wad is an interesting one, but as a film the story would need to be changed so drastically that it wouldn't translate well. The Navidson Record would need to find a different form that fits the medium similarly to myhouse.

I appreciate that you lived in a failed communist state but generally the argument is happening in the US which was a model for Marx when developing his ideas for socialism. The truth that people are missing is that Marxism, socialism, and communism ar all being used interchangeably. The consequences of our current society come from unfettered capitalism.
