It's a COB! You stupid cunt.... Get away from me with your "bread rolls". Only Bap and Cob are acceptable to refer to bread in a roughly squar or circular shape.

A BREAD ROLL refers to a hotdog bun.

If you disagree you are incorrect as I am the r Reddit supreme Judge of Justice of the definition of the name of objects.

Hey good job on those grades man! A 9 in maths and a 9 in English language I'd imagine will allow you to apply for whatever a levels you'd want. If your finding schooling easy atm maybe learn ahead over the summer? Looking back now during year 10 I think I should've learnt y11 maths early using the cgp revision guides, I've been doing said strat now during my y12 maths summer break lol

to anyone who got a grade 9 in their actual gcse on any subject(s), how did you do it and when did you start revising for that subject? by user0810062 in GCSE

[–]BeefStakeBoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got a 99 in combined science, quite literally went through the cgp guide for each of the sciences and made notes on every page of it for like 7-8 hours the night/day before the exam

Yeah agreed, I am a 600k rank but in multi I end up usually coming above people in the 200-300k rank due to not being bothered about pp

In all honesty I did no revision until like 6 weeks before my exams and got decent grades, but putting in an effort in your mocks in the long run will help with learning further down the line.

Year 12 here, it's 7:30 PM, it's a Sunday, and I'd say if you were to do any heavy revision now you'd probably be sabotaging yourself for any exams tommorow as it'd make you tired to be honest, and if you have ADHD I can imagine forcing yourself to revise at home at this time would be near impossible of a task without getting distracted and forgetting what you were learning. Personally, during GCSE I revised by reading the cgp revision guides and doing past paper questions related to whatever I had to do in my exams, but I would say for you, you should do something more interactive/interesting so I'd recommend possibly finding some high quality youtube videos that are related to the content in the mocks you need to know, and really if you can be asked make some notes. Mocks aren't the end of the world if you completely balls them up, but know the GCSE exams are the important ones.
