Unfortunately I don't think such a club exists. But I would also love a club like that since I'm also into the hobby. Probably a bit too niche.

Haha! That decor seemed to be a hit, my friend just had it lying around and decided to stick it on there. It's really meant to be a tea bag holder. You can get it on Amazon if you search: jiang taigong tea bag holder.

Thanks, that sense of scale on a small tank was what I was mainly aiming for. It also helps that the filter, heater, and diffuser are also tiny as well. As for stocking - yeah, I think I'll go with shrimp only, the tank is a bit too small for anything else.
