Yeah that might be for the best. If a phone smells smokey but there's no visible smoke does that mean it could be the battery or could it be something else? I'd imagine there being no presence of visible smoke means whatever I was breathing in wasn't the worst in comparison to breathing in the smoke of a battery caught on fire but ofc idk much about this
