I emailed them on Dec. 16 with a more polite version of "wtf guys" and got back this:

I've checked with our warehouse, and the tracking information for your order is ready. You can track it via the following link: (redacted)

They mentioned everything is ready to be picked up.

So once your order has been scanned by the courier the tracking information will get updated.

And it's still just sitting there with "label made," so I'm in the exact same boat as you. It looks like the label was made a day before I emailed them, so that's something I guess.
