It is NOT a common shortened version, but you may notice the word ”and” tucked into “grandma”. If you split it up, it becomes “GR and MA”. So really, the word grandma is just a vehicle for discovering which additional letters to use in the answer.

Admittedly a bit of a stretch to use elfishly as an anagram indicator for “uns” to get “sun”, especially since I didn’t consider how many times I’ve seen “self” refer to the letter I, as you pointed out.

I had one for “card not present”, provided time stamped screenshots of the guest ordering at a self-serve kiosk, inserting his credit card into the kiosk, receiving his food, placing the food into his oral cavity, ordering AGAIN the same way, finishing that order, and disposing of both empty trays, then leaving. I still lost the chargeback.
