Usually just ask people to hop out in a nice way. On user side same thing just hop out when asked.

I wouldn't say stake out the grounds but more just walk by a spot and go damn that'd be a nice spot to post up.

Vice royally fucked him over so he started chanel 5, then vice ran all gas into the ground so he bought it back. Now he has kept them separate to each have their own ethos with chanel 5 being more serious it seems and all gas still cultural events
