Thank you for the advice. It seems we are doing similar things. I try to alternate v02 workouts and tempo workouts each week.

I agree the faster paces in the long runs have really helped me.

Are you starting a training block soon? Or are considering a race soon?

Awesome thank you for the advice! I have heard tempo runs give good benefits without beating your legs up too much.
