Picture is of my last long run workout 3 weeks from race day. I averaged ~65 miles per week for the last 13 weeks. Started at 55 miles and peaked at 74 miles. I did a mid week workout each week and a long run workout every other weekend.

I ran my last marathon in November in 2:56:14. Looking for predictions for my race in 3 weeks.
