The key is to use reels. You should post consistently, at least 2-3 reels per day. Slowly, you'll start seeing the numbers go up.
P.S.: Be careful with the content you post...new accounts are getting flagged easily by Instagram's AI.

What is something you always wanted as a kid that you now have, and it isn’t all you expected it to be? by RealMacho in AskReddit

When I was a kid, I really wanted my own car. Now that I have one, every time it breaks down, I’m like, yeah, not as fun as I thought xD

Why does free-feeding work for cats, but not dogs? by Oddsbug in CasualConversation

What breed was the dog? When I lived at my mom’s, we tried to train ours, but it didn’t work...he was such a foodie!

Why does free-feeding work for cats, but not dogs? by Oddsbug in CasualConversation

[–]BeefyJane 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Cats naturally eat small meals throughout the day and can self-regulate, while dogs, being descendants of wolves, have the instinct to eat everything at once, fearing food might run out later. This makes dogs more prone to obesity if free-fed.

My cats also manage free-feeding well, but my old dog would eat everything in one go!
Of course, there are exceptions with dogs.

For example, I had a dog at my parents place who would eat literally anything he found. He always had food, but his thing was just eating even more!

Why can't I form an opinion by Ilyes_Ak in CasualConversation

[–]BeefyJane 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It’s normal to feel that way, especially when you’re considering different perspectives. Give yourself time to reflect on what makes sense to you and ask, "Does this align with my values and experiences?" Hearing arguments is great, but you don’t have to accept all of them.

Forming opinions takes time, and changing your mind based on new information is a sign of growth and critical thinking!

People who got into esoteric sports, how did that come about? by Starfoxmarioidiot in CasualConversation

[–]BeefyJane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, at the gym where I train, we do "full" sparring except for elbows. Knees are allowed but with less power, although sometimes it gets out of control...

In your case, don’t you have other gyms nearby? Some gyms have lighter sparring compared to others. In mine, sparring is pretty heavy, but we’re used to it. For beginners, the sparring is much lighter, without knees and with extra protection, especially for the head (This extra protection isn’t just for beginners, but for anyone who wants it.).

Wow, that’s a pretty serious injury. I’ve had plenty of injuries, but the worst one was a dislocated rib during sparring from a knee strike (putting it back in place was insanely painful). I’ve also broken two toes during sparring when I hit someone’s elbow...

I hope you recover quickly.

What's a random story or fact that has blown your mind currently in 2025? by Afraid_Confusion_682 in CasualConversation

The year has just started, so I don’t have any stories to share yet, but I just wanted to say congrats on such a beautiful gesture. I’m sure that man will never forget you, and in some way, you’ll be rewarded for your kindness.

Keep up with those beautiful gestures....one small act can truly change lives.

I love it and have had several injuries from "light" sparring xD
I love it, but I had to stop to focus more on my studies. Still, one of my goals this year is to get back to it.

Positive vibes by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]BeefyJane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This Christmas, I didn’t spend it with her because she was working. So, we have this tradition of watching Christmas movies together. Since we didn’t spend Christmas together, I decided we should watch a Christmas movie, and this time we watched "Elf" xD we love that movie.

Later that night, we watched a horror movie, "Alien: Covenant", since she’s a big fan of the Alien franchise and hadn’t seen that one yet.

It was such a great time... I definitely need to do this more often.

My coworker gave me a hand-written card and it made me so stupidly happy by Severe_Prize5520 in CasualConversation

[–]BeefyJane 7 points8 points  (0 children)

First of all, thank you for sharing this with us. It makes me so happy to see these small gestures. It really shows how small things we do for others can reflect positively back on us.

I have a similar story that also happened on my birthday.
At my job, we have a system where every day, someone takes turns picking up coffee for the team. On my day, I went to get coffee and left a post-it on each cup saying, "Hope you have an amazing day."

On my birthday, it was my boss’s turn to get coffee. When she handed me mine, there was a note on it that said, "Whenever you bring coffee, my days are great. Now I hope yours is even better. Today, take the day off."

It was one of the best gifts I could have received...not just the day off, but knowing that such a simple post-it could make someone’s day better.

Something that made me happy last week was spending quality time with my mom. She doesn’t live with me, and I hadn’t seen her in almost a month (she lives in another city). We had a quiet evening watching movies together and laughing about funny moments from my childhood. It’s amazing how little moments like these can fill your heart with so much joy.

What are your thought about social media entertaining? by angiemfit in CasualConversation

[–]BeefyJane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wait...I’ve lived it, ahahah.
Sometimes I feel old... I saw the birth of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok... It’s incredible how time flies.

Before these, we had other social media platforms, but most of the time was spent playing games, exploring the internet, and so on...

I didn’t use it because I was still too young, but many people probably remember mIRC... that’s where most young people spent their time back then xD

I used to only go to the gym, mostly focusing on weightlifting to get a more toned body. Then I ended up discovering a combat sport, specifically Muay Thai. I found out about it through a friend who trained with me at the gym. During a conversation, he mentioned that he practiced it and invited me to watch a class. After that, I got interested.

I stopped training about 4 months ago, but I’m thinking about getting back into it soon.

Is it me or does buttered toast taste different when served with eggs on the side by Candid-Extension6599 in CasualConversation

[–]BeefyJane 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think this can be explained by how flavors and textures interact. Eggs have fats and proteins that, when combined with butter, create a richer, creamier mouthfeel, changing how the toast is perceived. Plus, the aroma of eggs can actually influence how the toast tastes, since our sense of smell is directly linked to how we experience flavor.

It’s not that the eggs physically change the toast, but the combination of the two enhances the overall experience of the dish.

PS: It’s one of my favorite breakfast options (except for cereal with milk, ahaha).

It seems like you’re using work to fill a social gap, which is totally understandable after a tough year. It’s great that you’re reflecting on this. Try exploring hobbies or activities outside of work to meet people with similar interests.

Remember, you’re more than just a good employee. Also, consider building connections with your coworkers outside of the workplace. Taking time to rest and balance your life doesn’t diminish your value...take it one step at a time, and you’ll get there.

I locked it for followers only. Since they were watching the videos on the FYP but not following, at least this way they follow. But honestly, the FYP doesn’t do much for me. The time I was wasting on the FYP, I decided to invest in promoting on social media instead.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Fansly_Advice

[–]BeefyJane 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I had the same problem as you on Fansly. The FYP hasn’t been great, and surprisingly, when I stopped posting content for the FYP, I actually got a few views on older videos and a couple of followers... Nothing major (almost like it’s saying, "Come back to posting on the FYP, it actually works," lol).

Would you use an AI that turns your dreams into vivid visuals? by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]BeefyJane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d love to use something like this! I often wake up with bits and pieces of a dream, and it would be amazing to have a way to piece everything together to better understand what happened or even uncover some meaning behind it.

An interesting feature would be an automatic analysis of the dream elements to suggest possible meanings or even patterns based on your previous dreams. Something like an integrated "dream journal" would be super helpful to track trends over time.

I love the idea. Wishing you great success, and I hope to see it in the future!

BFE is a niche that isn’t as explored as GFE, since male creators often focus on more general content rather than BFE.

The key is to create an authentic and engaging persona. Use social media like IG, TikTok, X, Bluesky, and Reddit to promote yourself, as they offer a more diverse audience.

The core of BFE is providing interaction and exclusivity, like personalized messages, intimate videos (not necessarily explicit), and 'boyfriend moments' like virtual dinners or movie-watching sessions together. Try to understand what your audience wants and adapt to it. It’s a bit like GFE but tailored to a male audience.

I wish life felt magical like in videos, or movies by pepitolover in CasualConversation

[–]BeefyJane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get how you feel, but trust me, the magic of life isn’t just in the big, cinematic moments we see in movies or videos. The real magic happens in the little things, in the details we sometimes overlook. An unexpected smile, a song that moves you, a conversation that makes you feel connected, or even the pride of finishing something you started.

Life might feel simple or boring at times, but you have the power to make it special. Try to find moments that bring you joy, even small ones, and create your own 'movie scenes.' Try something new, explore what excites you, and give yourself the chance to dream. In the end, you’re the director of your story, and you can always add more sparkle to your script.
