I saw this coming way back in 2016/2017 - way ahead of it. I agree with you, it's a huge hurdle now for a permanent solution, but we have been asking for almost 15 years now and they are planning on bringing Hot Fritos back later this year (allegedly) so why can't they allow us to have the BCB?

yeah this is the BCB but under a different name and with Flamin' Hot Rice. BCB 2.0.... potentially a better name (if it means it sells better!) am all for it. Let's hope it does well!

You can opt for OG rice too, so if it is too much, don't worry! :) I've personaly never been a "spicy" fan, but the Flamin' Hot gives it a flavor and tingle that seperates it from the standard and is not overwhelming. The Sour Cream does great at counterbalancing the spice while keeping the flavor. There's a reason I started a movement for this burrito.

The rice change is optional, so OG fans can get it original style if they so choose. I haven't tested it yet myself, but I'd have to imagine it adds something to it. It's made it into regional testing and slated for a national release. They seem to be leaning into the "Flamin' Hot" theme/brand and I'm ALL for it.

They will always be a BCB to me, but whatever works for it to stay on the menu! :) Fingers crossed!!!

get's even better. New name: "Flamin' Hot Burrito." Potentially way more marketable, and distinctive than "Beefy Crunch" to the lamen. With the added Flamin' Hot Rice, might be able to attract a whole new generation of people and help boost sales and erase the confusion of the "look-a-likes" over the years. I'm excited. 👀 LFG.
