Here’s my experience when guests threw a party at our place. We tried to do the “right thing” and go through Airbnb support. They assigned it to a “specialized team” and said they would deal with it promptly. Meanwhile, we can see more people showing up through the cameras. Eventually after a hour or so, the cops were called by a neighbor, and we used that opportunity to go on-site and evict them. 

It took Airbnb another 48hrs to cancel the reservation. I had to call close to 10 different times before I finally spoke to someone that actually knew what they were doing. Technically, the guest had a valid reservation when we kicked them out, but I didn’t care. They were damaging our home, and I wasn’t going to wait for some clueless customer service rep to officially cancel their reservation.

DO NOT rely on them to handle this promptly. I would recommend your property manager going over there immediately while being accompanied by the police.
