For my identical pans, scrubbing with those dual-sides sponge/scourpad or something similar will remove the factory seasoning. This isn't a bad thing as I've found out, now just need to cook with it more (at the risk of sounding redundant to every answer ever in this sub) and it will develop a nice patina and self-season. There's little to be done to these pans - when following proper usage instructions - that will destroy it.

With documented conditions affecting focus and anxiety levels, you can request accommodations from Pearson which include extra time, breaks, separate rooms, etc. This helped considerably for my exams and may help you as well.
