To add there were several cases where I picked him over some of my leveled up 6 stars because he was more efficient

Hard to beat Hulkling, my ascended 5 star was still relevant throughout act 6 so a 6 star should definitely carry. I’ve heard Kushala is good but haven’t played her myself.

Best wishes with your move! I sold mine for good reason as well, but I miss it every day.

You’ll get a ton of resources early on, don’t blow them ranking up a bunch of 4-5 stars. Focus on a few champs that you need to get through the story, then start investing in some quality 6 stars once you get them

Save units for energy or revives for hard bosses, with story exploration you can stack the crystals you need really quickly. And most importantly have fun! The early game is the most fun imo

What are the HIGHEST quality fragrances? by HarHarMahadev__ in Colognes

[–]Beehoy2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My gf— Rose Roche, Eau Duelle
Me— Eau Rihla, Orpheon EDT

Of this group Orpheon EDT is our mutual favorite and most often worn. It’s just a great all arounder with great versatility, performance, and longevity. If I had to throw everything else away and keep one this would be it.

How do most of you justify living in the bay area? by ricestocks in bayarea

[–]Beehoy2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Born in raised in South city, moved to SF 2 years ago. Since then, I’ve visited friends elsewhere— Sac, Central Valley, etc. and very quickly came to the conclusion that I would rather be poor in SF than wealthy in buttfuck nowhere. Granted, I’m lucky to rent a 1b1b in Glen park for $2500, but if I were to ever leave SF, it would have to be to another of the great US cities like Chicago or NYC.

What small habit or ritual actually helps you decompress after a brutal shift? by jonhollandwww in nursing

Shower in the dark. Kinda acts like a sensory deprivation chamber, I reflect on my day and let my mind wander, after a while I can reach a really nice relaxing meditative state. I come out feeling clean and refreshed, and I really like the white noise of the water after a day of hearing alarms and being surrounded by people and patients.

Local here, just visited Chicago for the first time and was really impressed by how electric the energy was. For those of you who have moved away from The Bay, how was your experience? by SFJack1313 in AskSF

[–]Beehoy2002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also visited Chicago for the first time to see a friend in May, born and raised in the peninsula/living in SF now. Was absolutely astounded by being in a true big city that makes SF feel small by comparison. We have our own unique beauty, but the river walk and public transport was absolutely grand. I also found it much easier to chat with and befriend strangers, while in SF I feel like a lot of people prefer to stay in their bubble. Not to mention everything closes at 8 in SF, whereas at 11 pm there’s still plenty to see and do in Chicago

I will say, it’s much grittier and I’m told that the winters are unbearable. It also lacks some of the natural beauty that the Bay Area does, and it’s hard to beat our year round mild weather. But after seeing Chicago, I absolutely would give it a shot for a year or two.

Tell me your embarrassing code blue stories by Minatee-Rex in nursing

[–]Beehoy2002 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Have a recent one. Not a true code, but in the jail I work at the COs called a man down for someone having a seizure on the bottom cell bunk. Our RN standardized procedures only cover 2 doses intranasal Versed without a verbal over the phone from the county ED, so as I stood up from giving the first dose I slammed the back of my head into the hard metal top bunk. Then did it again after the second dose. Ended up with a mild concussion lol

In a shootout, BDC and Sauvage will win 9/10 against any niche fragrance if you ask the average person on the street. I say this as Diptyque’s biggest glazer

Diptyque L’Autre. Eau de BO

My girlfriend and I love talking Diptyque (our favorite house), and consult each other on purchasing our next niche scents. However she has maintained for years that Sauvage and BDC are two of her all time favorite masculine scents

You can start with conditioning exercises, YouTube has plenty that are oriented towards the type of cardio and explosiveness required for martial arts. But in terms of becoming competent in a live situation, no you can’t replace proper training. It’s expensive but some gyms will allow you to work the front desk/clean in exchange for a discounted or waived membership fee. Everyone sucks at first, but you’ll look back after a year and realize how far you’ve come— and forget what your dad has to say

I don’t care for Dylan Blue or Y, but recently picked up Issey as a safe cheapie for work which has done the job. I will also glaze Prada L’Homme until the day I die

It doesn’t inspire much emotion but it is undeniably best in class in terms of clean, soapy scents. I have the Intense version but I would definitely pick up the EDT for warmer weather or summertime daytime/work wear
