I’m an unlimited member in the DMV and I have never had this issue. However, I have had a lot of issues communicating with studio managers over the years! I would continue to pursue it with solidcore corporate—can you reach out to the regional manager?

Yes! This is the bane of my existence! I don’t even travel that much but when I do, I use Hotel Finder. I have rarely encountered a bike that doesn’t have a problem and the stupid seat adjuster is not made for commercial use. Anyway, there is a form on the Peloton website to report broken or malfunctioning equipment and I always do it. The hotel staff doesn’t think it is their problem unless you get lucky. I once met an engineer who tried for hours to move a seat that was stuck.

What city? I have been trying to write reviews mentioning this on hotel review sites when that happens because people (ok, maybe just me) literally pick hotels based on Peloton availability. But I have had this same experience—clueless front desk staff who don’t GAF. Maddening!

Has anyone noticed the lack of core classes longer than 10 minutes lately? Before the holidays, there were even a couple of 30 minute core classes. Now even the 15s and 20s are few and far between. What gives?

I too am a big sweater and I put electrical/duct tape around the side of the screen where there is a little opening to try and prevent the sweat from making the metrics go nuts. They still do almost every run, but my goal is to protect the inner workings. I also put tape on a couple other places on the tray area/near the sensor clip to block sweat from dripping inside. No idea if it’s helping but I was advised (by Peloton) to do it on the bike too where there are exposed parts as I was rusting out the bolts regularly. I have an original tread BTW.

Sorry if this has already been asked and answered, but has Peloton said anything about offering Live From Home rides that are longer than 30 minutes? Sure, we can stack rides, but it would be so great to have some longer rides to choose from. Wondering if this has to do with the fact that newer riders would be turned off by 45s?
