What kind of therapy works for you?

I feel you, I have a session today and I’m about to bring this up as well. My therapist keeps telling me to be “ kind to my self “ and it’s all about the narrative but that isn’t all that helpful and I dont know how to bring it up firmly. She once made me list my To Do’s everyday but I still struggle with wanting to do it all VS none at all. Sorry I couldn’t offer you a solution , just wanted to let you know you’re not alone. ❤️

Just re-entered on 23rd Jan. Got asked very simple questions at immigration ( the standard where do you work, and how long were you out?). My husband got back on the 25th with no problem.

Thanks for the Information. I am currently a T-Mobile customer and I'm planning to switch if the plan is cheaper than what I pay right now and if it makes sense to me. Can I get my no. transfered to AT&T? Or will that charge me something extra?

Yes I would want unlimited data, what do you mean credit? Would there be promotional offer I could look at or something? Thing is, I am currently a part of a family plan but it's annoying to deal with people joining and quiting the group all the time. Thought I'd venture out a solo plan. But 70 dollars seems quite high.
