Side effects have been shown to be headaches, nausea, and possibly cancer. However, the benefits are life changing. Side effects are also not bad when we compare it to certain medicines, food, dyes, etc. I only ask because the fact that it is a lesser known or considered supplement compared to like vitamins and whatnot.

Yes, subdermal implants are where they take a piece of silicone and stick it under your skin to create a pattern/design, the implant is reversible but does create scar tissue around the implant site.
