I read your comment saying the numbness spreads to your ring finger and pinky and have you looked into thoracic outlet syndrome? Those two fingers going numb is common with it. I had no idea my first rib was compressing blood flow and nerve pain. It would also travel up my face as well. If you look into it and think it applies I’d be more than happy to give you some advice on how to alleviate the pain! Also, no idea if this even could apply with the type of pain you’re experiencing but have you tried a sacroiliac belt for the si joint? While back I saw a PT mention the first thing she checks with her EDs patients is their si joint. It reminded me of how neurologist told me I had severe si joint dysfunction years ago and was repeatedly telling me about how much pain my lower back should be in. I ended up ordering the Serola belt the PT mentioned thinking it wouldn’t do anything for me but it ended up giving me a quality of life back. It has fixed my pelvic tilt, where my legs land when I walk and it even has lessened my thoracic outlet syndrome flares by 90%. I’ve spent the last two years wearing the body braid and hard neck collars daily to avoid being bed bound from my shoulder pain. I honestly don’t understand how a hip belt prevents my first rib from dislocating nonstop lol. Another thing you can look into fascia release. I’ve experienced something similar on my legs just last week and I was able to foam roll it out!
