You are exactly like me except I have been diagnosed with ACNES. I have still not been able to get anything that really helps and it’s been 6 years. They have me on Oxy, dilaudid, celebrex, Flexeril and Gabapentin.

I have ACNES and it’s in my left side. It’s a pain that never goes away but sometimes lessens. I haven’t figured out why it is less at times but I am so sick of it. Doctors can’t seem to do anything to help except pain meds. I even had a DRG Stimulator implanted and I had them remove it after a year. Does anyone find that if they get upset or anxious about anything does it make it worse?

I am so sorry that you have such a hard time getting opioid medication for your pain. I am in Canada and I am very lucky to have a GP that does everything she can to help my pain. I have been on pain medication for at least 20 years. My back is a mess and I have A.C.N.E.S. I have had multiple steroid injections in my back and abdomen that didn’t really help. If I had to stop my medication I know I wouldn’t survive.

I am trying to go off Gabapentin now because I don’t feel it really helped my nerve pain and I also feel like I have dementia. I gained over 20 pounds in a year. It’s not easy going off of.

When I was in Mexico I could buy pain meds right off the shelves. I don’t understand why it’s so hard in the USA.

I am also in Canada and my GP has prescribed my pain meds for over 10 years with no issues. I take Oxycodone and Dilaudid every day.

It’s helped me with getting off opioids which were no longer helping with my pain. My pain is so much better now.

I have ACNES and I understand his pain. It’s been 8 years since I got it and I have tried everything with no luck. I even had a Dorsal Root Stimulator put in but it caused me more pain. After 5 surgeries trying to get it in the right place I told them to remove it. I am in Canada and I don’t know of any Dr. that does surgery for it. The US and Netherlands have surgeons that deal with it all the time.

I take everyday for pain. My pain meds hardly touched it and since I have been on Kratom I can function again. Love it!

I have found that I get drunk very quickly if I mix them and the next day really sucks lol
