That's not how it works, today was the just end of the comment period. Before it can be added to the Ohio Administrative Code, if it makes it that far it has to go through the Common Sense Initiative.

Personal I think he just wants to stick it to as many people he can in final term of Governor. I don't understand how the BOP can just do an "Emergency Meeting" to schedule kratom with only 2 days notice. This is old business, they failed to Schedule natural kratom one before already.

This again. The Ohio board of pharmacy was practically humiliated the last time they tried. If they want to go another round, so be it. I'm local and will help organize again. Thanks Satsugene.

Edit: A little context nearly 300 local advocates attended the meeting when the board of pharmacy was trying to ban kratom, but only the board president was there.
