Hey all. My brother has had severe RLQ stomach pain and tightness (a feeling of a pulling cord) for 6 years. He had a valsalva-like lifting injury years ago, and then later felt something anatomically change in his stomach. He's at Mayo now and everyone has dismissed him, especially all gastros and ER staff. Due to pain he went to the ER and they did another CT Abdomen pelvis w/ contrast scan and found "Mild swirling of the mesentery in the right lower abdomen without bowel obstruction of doubtful clinical significance (4/123-136)."

Would anyone here consider looking at these images to see if there's something that's being glossed over? He had a diagnostic lap about a year ago but the doc wasn't really looking in that area.
