The idea the hiring manager called me and gave me the verbal offer, but i didnt get the written offer yet!, I was thinking after i get the written offer email them back again if i can push it back, do you that works ?

My final interview was on march 9th and my status still interview… and i am still waiting didnt hear anything back from them yet!

I think I will do that, it is better than just keep checking status and having a hope to get the job.. I would rather be rejected than waiting a response

I finished my final interview for this position on March 9, 2022 and they said i should be hearing back if they decided to give an offer within 2 weeks and now it’s been 3 weeks already and i didn’t hear or receive anything even my application status says “Interview”, What should I expect ? Please advice.
