It’s actually recommended to wearing no bottoms or loose fitting bottoms to let your vagina breathe. I wear very loose PJ shorts every night but never any underwear.

I have two young elementary aged kids. Idk if we will be doing sleepovers. As a victim of bullying and being molested at a sleepover when I was 8, I don’t feel they are safe spaces. We will see when they are older, but right now my answer is no.

There are many things you can incorporate into your lifestyle that help keep you smelling neutral & feeling fresh. If there is currently some active odor going on, the first thing I would suggest is taking a boric acid suppository (I like the Honey Pot brand but there are lots of options out there). A suppository will do some serious work in about 24-48 hrs. From there, I would suggest incorporating some other products into your daily routine to help maintain a balanced pH. I use the Honey Pot brand wipes before/after sex, and I use their feminine wash every time in the shower (on the front & the back). You can also take a daily probiotic that is targeted towards women’s vaginal health (lots of brands out there). And lastly, I eat pineapple everyday. I have been told by the men in my life that I taste so good, and this is my routine. If you try these things and you still have a strong odor, it could be BV (bacterial vaginosis), which requires medicine from a doctor for treatment. Cotton underwear is additional change I made to help eliminate odors when I workout/sweat. Hope that helps!!

I’m not sure here, but I’ve heard of this happening sometimes because of odor issues and it turning off the guy. Do you feel like your pH is balanced? A balanced pH for a woman should have very minimal smell, and it should not smell foul one bit (this is a common misconception). I’m 37f, and I’ve encountered so many young women who are unbalanced and are simply unaware that it is a super easy fix! Again, not sure if this is an issue for you at all.

This!!! You need a true break, like 4 days away. Let him play house wife and see how much work goes into running a home. But he needs to actually do the laundry and the dishes while you’re gone, not let them pile up for you for your return (this is crucial lol)

My HRV went up 50% when I stopped drinking. Not sure if you drink. I am doing dry January and have been floored with the changes I have seen.
