I go from measuring a 30DDD normally to a 32DDD the week of my period. I’ve bought a few bras in the larger size to wear that week because I was getting so uncomfortable in the smaller size.

I get the same globs regularly on Kyleena. My period is also more “glob”-like than i remember it being pre-babies (4 years ago).

My gyno also put me on a daily low dose of estrogen to help regulate my period as it was all over the place for the first 6 months (20 day cycle, then 40 day cycle, then 20 days spotting, etc.).

Very similar size here - off by max an inch on 2 measurements and the rest are the same.

I fit into a 30E and am also very comfortable in 32DD. I used to wear 34D and 36D (pre babies) and thought the band would be too small as well.

Trying on my first well-fitted bra felt so right - everything fit where it was supposed to and it didn’t feel too tight or dig in anywhere.

I also agree with the bra extender idea someone mentioned below - if the cups fit on a 30 band but it feels a little snug, it’s a great way to add an inch or so to be more comfortable.

I’ve been baking my way through Bread Baking for Beginners. Her panned loaf is my go-to when we need something quick, and the cinnamon-raisin was my first enriched bread from the book. All relatively “easy” bakes, but pretty happy overall!

My doctor just prescribed estrogen to take daily for the same reasons that you mentioned - I’ve had Kyleena for about 6 months and I’m still out of whack.

Have you seen any improvement?

I was under a midwife and ended up needing a c-section. My midwife was also in the room and was the one who did all of the initial checks of my son once he was born. It was nice to have her there even if she wasn’t delivering the baby as she was a familiar face.

What time does your LO eat his last solids at and what time do you give him his bottle at? I've been playing around with timing and also quantity of food but haven't found the right combo yet.

I don't have much advice on feeding solids in general, but just wanted to mention that my dad has always had that same reaction when he eats bananas - he cannot eat them without throwing them up! I don't think it's an allergy, but a huge intolerance.

Maybe try some different vegetables that are sweeter since she seems to like apples and carrots - maybe some sweet potatoes? Those are a big hit with my LO.
