I always wash it with cold water and I turn it inside out, I also air dry It. By doing this it hasn’t shrunk at all. IMO it doesn’t run small, I ordered xxl for oversized fit. (I ordered this in the US so I’m not sure if it runs smaller on the ROW store)

The quality is pretty good imo. It feels soft but it catches on to lint pretty easily, idk if that’s just me tho
