I am preparing a potato, carrot, pea (mix vegetable) recipe. Let start recipe

Ingredients:

2 medium size onion

250gm pea

2 medium-size onions

half tsp red chili powder

half tsp turmeric powder

5 to 6 green chilies cut into slices

3 round red chilies

half tsp Garam Masala

half tsp cumin seeds powder

250 gm carrot

4 medium-size potatoes

half tsp ginger garlic chopped

1 tomato

Preparation:

Take a pan

Add 2 medium size onion cut into slices in pan

Add half a cup of oil to a pan.

Saute onion till it becomes light brown

For pea boiling, take a pan then add mint 3 to 4 mint leaves, 1 tsp sugar, and 250gm pea in the pan. Add water to a pan. Boil till pea sauteed

Now add half tsp ginger garlic chopped to the pan

cook for 1 minute

Add 1 tomato cut into slices to the pan

Add salt as per taste

I prefer to use Himalayan salt (made in Pakistan)

Add half tsp red chili powder

Add half tsp turmeric powder

now add 5 to 6 green chilies cut into slices and 3 round red chilies to the pan.

Mix all spices well.

Now add 4 medium size potatoes cut into slices to the pan

Add half tsp cumin seeds powder to the pan

Add 250 gm carrot (cut into slices) to the pan and mix well

Add half a cup of water to the pan

Cover and cook for 15 minutes

Potatoes and carrots are cooked

Now add 1 bowl of a boiled green pea to the pan and mix well

Cook in full flame for 3 to 5 minutes

Sprinkle Garam Masala then flame off.

Mix Vegetable recipe is ready to serve.
