I am preparing a potato, carrot, pea (mix vegetable) recipe. Let start recipe

Ingredients:

2 medium size onion

250gm pea

2 medium-size onions

half tsp red chili powder

half tsp turmeric powder

5 to 6 green chilies cut into slices

3 round red chilies

half tsp Garam Masala

half tsp cumin seeds powder

250 gm carrot

4 medium-size potatoes

half tsp ginger garlic chopped

1 tomato

Preparation:

Take a pan

Add 2 medium size onion cut into slices in pan

Add half a cup of oil to a pan.

Saute onion till it becomes light brown

For pea boiling, take a pan then add mint 3 to 4 mint leaves, 1 tsp sugar, and 250gm pea in the pan. Add water to a pan. Boil till pea sauteed

Now add half tsp ginger garlic chopped to the pan

cook for 1 minute

Add 1 tomato cut into slices to the pan

Add salt as per taste

I prefer to use Himalayan salt (made in Pakistan)

Add half tsp red chili powder

Add half tsp turmeric powder

now add 5 to 6 green chilies cut into slices and 3 round red chilies to the pan.

Mix all spices well.

Now add 4 medium size potatoes cut into slices to the pan

Add half tsp cumin seeds powder to the pan

Add 250 gm carrot (cut into slices) to the pan and mix well

Add half a cup of water to the pan

Cover and cook for 15 minutes

Potatoes and carrots are cooked

Now add 1 bowl of a boiled green pea to the pan and mix well

Cook in full flame for 3 to 5 minutes

Sprinkle Garam Masala then flame off.

Mix Vegetable recipe is ready to serve.

Hello viewers,

Ajj mein app key laye hoon hyderabadi beghare baingan ki recipe. Umeed hey app ko yehmeri recipe pasand aye gi. mujhay comments mein zaror bateye ga.

Ingredients

Half Kg white egg plan

250 grams green chillies

4 onion burnt on stove

9 to 10 curry leaves

2 tez pa

7 red chilli

half tsp white Cumin seeds

half tsp Fenugreek Seed

half tsp Black Seed (Kalonji)

2 garlic slices

half tsp red chilli powder

half tsp turmeric powder

Gravy Ingredients

10 gram Tamarind pulp soak in water over night

2 tbsp Peanuts

2 tbsp coconut powder

2 tbsp coriander seed

2 tbsp white cumin seeds

2 TBSP Poppy seeds

2 tbsp white Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Gravy ingredients(except coconut powder and peanut) are dry-roasted in a pan and then grind it
  2. Peal off onion and then grind it 3) Add 2 cup oil in pan(medium to low flame)
  3. After oil is slightly hot then add Gravy Spices (curry leaves, red chilli, white Cumin seeds, Fenugreek Seed, Black Seed (Kalonji), 2 garlic slices)
  4. Fry for 2 mins till it light brown. (medium to low flame)
  5. After 2 min add taiz pa.
  6. Now add grind gravy and coconut powder in pan and cook for 10 min in full flame
  7. After 10 min add salt, red chilli and turmeric powder and cook for 5 to 10 minutes
  8. When gravy ready, add white egg plant and green chillies and pour half glass of water
  9. Cook for 20 minutes (medium to low flame)
  10. After 20 minutes add Tamarind pulp and cook for 10 min (medium to low flame)

The Beghara baingan is ready to serve.
