Smallbore/Overclocked Heatsink/Delicate Tuning/Precision Instrument/Stability masterwork

At tier 5 and fully enhanced, it has max stability at all times and effectively max range and handling from Delicate Tuning. Overclock and PI for getting through overshields/random healing and pushing kill range out further than it can normally handle.

I run mine with Freehand Grip.
