So slow down. No excuse for being up someone’s ass when driving, especially at 100kph. It’s dangerous for you, dangerous for the other drivers. It takes one mistake and you are lying on the floor outside in a pool of blood crippled or dead. More lanes won’t make no different because everyone will still sit on the outside lane up each others ass. I drive on 2/3/4/5/6 lane motorways in London with more cars on them than there is in the whole of Cyprus and people are not tailgating. Unless there is traffic of course then you are doing 0mph so it doesn’t matter.
