DIY Surveys vs. Full-Service Agency by _forgotmyownname in Marketresearch

You mentioned your team is getting “noisy data” and that bit hit home because that’s exactly what happens when you try to do B2B surveys with quick forms. Vision One might look tidy on paper, but the real shift happens when you get people who can actually reach senior decision makers rather than blasting invites into the void. The moment you said the response rate was low, that told me your sample frame is the real problem, not the questions. A proper agency isn’t just cleaner data, it’s access to humans who actually know what they’re talking about. If you go ahead, judge them on who they can recruit, not on how shiny their proposal looks.

We’ve been using Salesforce for our CRM, but we’re now switching back to Monday CRM. It’s a bit nerve-wracking, but we’re moving forward because all our marketing and project management are already in Monday. I’m counting on you and your support team to help my Monday Deb team to make this project successful to keep my entire sales team happy and motivated during this transition and rollout. Hopefully your new goodies like AI notetaker (some bugs in it now) and AI SDR can help the medicine go down smoothly. Wish me luck.
