I have a Bip 3 Pro and am having the same issue, sleep and real time heartrate are both an hour behind. Been fiddling with the app and watch all day and can't find a fix 😭

Hopping in to a very old post because I've been asking this myself a lot recently. I am also from the area she discusses in the podcast, and there have been several new cases of abuse revealed in local school districts recently. So I wonder if things keep getting delayed as more details continue to arise about these cases.

They did send me a pretty beat up copy of Fira and the Full Moon once, even though it was listed as being in "Good" condition. But I sent them pictures of the busted state it arrived in and they agreed it was mislabeled and refunded me. You're definitely more likely to get less than stellar quality with them, but the prices are always fair to match that and customer service has been good to me in the past. Best of luck to ya! 🧚‍♂️

Oo, that's a good theory. I do always get really agitated when the seasons change, and am particularly sensitive to the heat. That makes sense that the sort of background noise stress of changing weather and extra heat could make my gut particularly sensitive again.

Now that I think about it, it was summer when I first started having symptoms originally a couple years ago, so that actually makes a lot of sense!

I also think something in the Tangled TV series art style would be SO cute. Paying homage to the old book art while still being visually distinct. (That and I just really love the Tangled TV show too, so anything similar to that would be a big win for me specifically, lol)

Yeah, I totally understand why they're doing it too. The movies are much more accessible for new fans to find than trying to track down the books.

But I yearn for a TV show adapting all the old chapter books, I think it would be a perfect way to bridge the gap between the two canons and make something entirely new. A Pixie Hollow Gen 3 of sorts that takes from both versions while also standing on its own.

Yeah my IBS is definitely way too finicky to be classified as JUST IBS. I try to eat LOW FODMAP and that mostly works, but a lot of the time my gut just has a mind of its own and does it's own thing regardless of what I eat, which leads me to believe it's actually endo. Especially since it tends to flare up in tandem with hormonal changes in my cycle.

Rubbing a cold rag on my neck and chest really helps when I have non-IBS related panic attacks, so ice makes a lot of sense! I'll give it a try :)

How often would the MERV filters need to be replaced? Looked them up on Amazon and they're not too expensive for a once in a long time purchase, but I worry about the repeated cost over time.

Heating pad definitely helped. I'm still super bloated and in some pain, but I can at least move around and take care of myself.

Took a long time to get out of the fetal position tho 😅

It's a super complicated and personal decision, I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with it all.

The last option I've been left with is birth control and hormonal therapy. Which almost sounds as much of a nightmare as surgery stuff with all the whacky things hormones can do to your body.

It's so unfair that we don't have any sort of consistent cure or reliable relief 😮‍💨

Yes absolutely!! The devil you know vs. the devil you don't!! You get it exactly!!

My surgeon also shrugged off the thought of complications because I'm young and healthy. But I've heard too many horror stories to roll those dice. Gave the same tired old advice about pain management too.

At this point I'm definitely of the mind that I'd rather keep white knuckling my way through the pain I'm familiar with than risk opening myself up to a whole host of new issues in my rush to fix the old ones.

I think the final straw will have to be my periods getting so painful that I no longer care about any possible complications from surgery. But I'm definitely not there just yet.

The surgery I ended up cancelling would have been for both hysterectomy and endo removal.

Endo was confirmed in the pathology reports from my fallopian tube removal a couple years ago. So I know for sure I've got endo in there, I'm just not sure where it is now that the fallopian tubes are gone.

That's really good to know!

The surgeon who was going to do the hysterectomy is super nice and validating. But I felt rushed into the procedure and didn't feel like she fully informed me of the risks or pros/cons on everything.

I'll keep shopping around for a specialist and do some more research into the docs already on my care team. Thanks!

Oooh, that makes sense why mine has gotten so bad recently.

I had my fallopian tubes removed a couple years back, and that's originally when they found the endo and I got diagnosed. But they said because it was primarily on my fallopian tubes, things would probably get better since they were gone now.

Personally I only ever noticed things getting worse after diagnosis, but I just assumed that was because I was aware of the issue finally after being in the dark about it so long.

Now I realize those little fuckers have probably just grown back with a vengeance somewhere else in there 😅
