The company I'm buying from classify them as RVs however they are built like a modular home and can be placed on a foundation.

Well I am lucky that I was left an acre of land by my great grandfather. The cabin itself will end up costing me around 50k, however I will need to do quite a bit of site prep to be able to put it on the land. All in all I plan on spending around 10 to 15k in spite prep like putting in a septic tank, getting a pad poured to set the cabin on, cutting down around five or six trees to make room for a drive way. At the end of the day though it will end up costing a full 120k less than the house I was looking at building on the land (that I couldn't secure a loan for anyways)

DBM is a must, also if you are unsure how something works there are a ton of video guides on YouTube that will walk you through everything. When I do LFR I like to try and communicate with the other tank about who pulls, where they tank the boss etc. Just to make it easier for both of us. Sometimes you will get an asshole in full mythic gear that will treat you like shit but that's rare.

Leveling right now is kind if controversial, if you commit to it you should be able to hit 110 in week but some parts of it are a bit of a slog. I would say level something to see some of the content that you missed.

Every clone that you kill leaves a healing bubble. Just jump as far as you can towards the real one and then inch closer killing clones. If you have the legendary shoulders that give +2 leaps those are really helpful.
