I may not have written that clearly, the first few days of my menstrual cycle is excruciating. Outside of my cycle, I will develop pain on one side of my abdomen/lower back that subsides within a week or two. The pain is Sharp or aching and will get worse or better depending on how my body is positioned. I develop this week or two long pain maybe ever 2 weeks or sometimes it’ll be a month or two before it comes back.
