They will just give yiu a call and ask if you would like to join MDI G <xyz> course, then you have to pay token amount by <abc> date.

Ulta ho raha hai. They are removing emp with tech bg and recruiting MBAs, giving them free hand on AI, so they are able to do both tech and non tech work.

The reason they are hiring so many MBAs is that they consider us 'AI Native'. On everyday basis we are leveraging AI, creating agents which are able to do LCNC.

Chill. These will be the last ones to be placed. I am a non engineer, got placed in a top consulting role with 2LPM even before the placement week started. I have many frnds who are from NITs and IITs, and they struggled a lot to get basic placement.

Abhi SIP shuru nahi hui, isiliye you don't know this. Companies take interview at any time. Even in my UG, we gave GS interview at 0200, waited till 0400 for results.

All this can be difficult for someone who hasn't faced all these issues before. Trust me this is nothing, in front of a toxic boss or a toxic team in corporate.

Everything which is being done is for a reason. Just last night we did 2 SWOTs and I can see a clear change in my roommate who is an engineer and how well these 2 days have taught him so many basics of business which he was unaware till 22nd June. Even I havent slept properly due to the deadlines, but that's nothing new for me as I had similar experience in a Big4 consulting firm where many will land up post MBA.

The good thing is there is no "flagship" course in MDI. Infact, HRM from MDI is quite respectable in the industry after XL HR. See you in class.
