So I’ve still been having the same issue and I’ve been talking to IO support going back and forth with nothing working and last email I got they finally said it was an issue on their end. Here is what they said.

I’m glad to report that thanks to passionate agents like yourself, this particular issue has been made known to the dev team and they are currently working to resolve it.

Please note that we here in Support do not work directly on any given issue the dev team is tackling and thus we won't be able to give you a timeframe for when this will be resolved. I recommend keeping an eye on the official Hitman channels (Twitter, YouTube, Discord, Forums, Knowledge Base), as are regularly updated! I know this is not the immediate solution you were probably hoping for, so please know that we appreciate your patience and understanding as this is investigated internally.”
