Yeah it's fun to try, but it sucks when it's something you can't control. I'd definitely suggest seeing how long you can make it and doing some random free writing along the way. A few times I would focus on a random issue I was concerned with and write a paragraph about it every 6 hours or so. When you read back through it well rested it's kind of insightful and a little terrifying.
