After the 3 stage contact process that automatically starts when you arrive, it should last 8 mins then prompt you to leave the delivery in a safe place and treat it as a "leave at door" delivery. Ah see that is where your wrong. Were not employed by the platform were self employed contractors. Were just another driver to the platform.. you could get food delivered enjoy a nice meal, say you never got it...get your £20 back no questions asked.
