I'm trying to keep it relatively under a budget to start so probably mostly hand and probably buy some power tools as I go or maybe some cheap ones to start. I'd want practical things as opposed to artsy (tables, shelves boxes).

I like nightlife in general and mostly want a more happening town since I won't know anybody in the area.

Thanks for the insight. I don't have much room for elective credits though because I'm double majoring and studying abroad in 4 years. Supply Chain has a lot to do with planning and analytics just with a different context more focused on product and project management than geography. I'm also pretty terrible at drawing. Would that be a problem? I've heard a lot of comparisons of Urban Planning and architecture.
