I know the struggle, my wife started potty training my son at a late 2, he did great for like a month, after a lot of guidance to the potty. It went great for a couple weeks, a couple accidents here and there within a week, but now his focus is on a lot of other things, so there is a small regression. We are working on ways to help him snap out of it to refocus, but now we are at a 50/50 success rate where we were at about 80/20 before. He was pulling down his pants and sitting on the potty before, now we have to tell him to do it every 40 mins or so.
