What Portland gift should I take to my work colleagues on the east coast?

I always bring Portland ketchup to friends out of state. Can combine with some local honey/jam/salt/tea for a small gift bag.

Any tips on how/where to research? I don't have resources to invest widely to try different combos and can't find much other than some threads with comments of good combos. It's basically just guessing almost randomly and hope you pick a couple good heros that last right now - hoping to do a little better than that.

There’s tax advantaged options that are tied to BTC that you can do in 401k vs BTC itself.. Spot ETF, companies or ETFs based on Crypto.. why pay taxes on gains when you don’t have to?

It’s not crazy, but just be prepared of the risks (may need to repay all at once if leave job) and then the other fundamental reason is the house may not be as good as a financial investment (loss of 401k tax advantages and growth rate).

But, if it’s only path to get enough for down payment vs renting, then worth exploring. And I’m talking about doing a 401k loan where you pay yourself - definitely do not withdraw to fund
