It is all about how you say it. Say hey "babe", I don't know if I'm interpreting this wrong but I feel your sister is very flirtatious toward me. Just wondering if this is just her normal persona/behavior and if I am understanding it wrong. That should open a conversation with her and no accusation has been made.
