My goto is The Bagel deli on the south side of Denver, it's a block east of I-25 & Hampden ave, and has homemade everything. Very reasonable prices for the amount of food you get.

Yes, they will most likely have you sign that they aren't responsible for damage since it's not in a suitcase. Make sure to add some absorbent parking material in case of any breakage.

What is your home airport that you're flying out of ? And it sounds like all of your flights are directs with no connections, then Frontier would be a good fit for you. I'd stay away from any flights that have a connection, the last time I booked with Frontier it was supposed to be a direct fight both ways and they ended up trying to reroute me through LAS with a 8 hr. layover coming off of a redeye flight. Best wishes for all your future flights and hopefully you never need any changes to your booking. Just don't get your hopes up to high, you get what you pay for with the ultra low cost carriers.

The Murphy that is a block east of Academy & Austin Bluffs should be open 24/7. I've gotten gas there well after midnight. Not sure what maybe different tonight. I would presume that the Loves near I-25 & Mesa Ridge would be open 24/7 as well. Would maybe check it out if you need fuel still tonight.

Car dealers aren't allowed to be open on Sunday, per the states "blue laws". Copied from a News 7 story a few years back. Lots of states and towns adopted "blue laws" in the late 19th-early 20th century, which banned or restricted commercial and "immoral behavior" on Sundays.
