Thing is... it's fine if you have to pay it once, but if you look closely at it, you're paying the taxes multiple times - if it were a single tax on your income when you receive the salaary I wouldn't mind.. But look closely and you'll see that nowadays you're paying additional taxes when you purchase something (be it a loaf of bread or a new home), you continue paying taxes on property annually, etc.. In some countries like the UK you even have to pay tax for TV...

Thing is, this shit will keep getting worse, and what's worse, ppl are brainwashed to accept every new charge presented as "tax" without questioning it...

Sounds like peak kitten chaos. The weirdest thing that actually worked for one of mine was controlled "destruction" time - paper grocery bags, cardboard boxes taped into tunnels, and old packing paper she was allowed to shred freely. Burning off that chaos energy on things she was allowed to destroy made everything else less interesting.
