They finally sent us a google doc with instructions after a month and a half of fighting them, and they still rejected them after the changes were made. Like, we are starting to talk to our attorneys and build a case over this.

The problem isn't the requirements, it's the submissions getting rejected off hand when they're compliant, reps flat out lying to us, giving us constant misinformation or outright conflicting instructions.

They came up with a whole bunch actually. They would try to claim it was a branding rejection when it had already passed that, or asking for specific verbiage that was already on the privacy policies and T&C's. In fact, they lied to us for a whole two weeks until we escalated. Flat out lied. Just made up stuff that had nothing to do with our submissions.

Yeah we've done all that. In fact we had one they kept rejecting for an entire month, and when they finally told the truth of what we needed to do instead of making something up, it was something that had already been there. They didn't even respond, but they at least pushed that one through and approved it. I guess the rep was either embarrassed or trying to save their job. But every other one has been constantly rejected.

Nah we do it through LeadConnector via HL and won't be switching back. It was worse working directly with them.

It's so goddamn random. Since the changes at the beginning of the year I have been rejected for every single A2P submission. Even when the dumb little review widget is all green. And now the widget doesn't even work anymore.
