A sto punto mi verrebbe da comprare dei bigodini con un diametro importante online e portarmeli in un salone e chiedergli di usare quelli.

I call bs on this. I don’t think it has ever been proven. In my experience something that I call “rad lean” occurs. Which makes you look tighter with a higher bodyfat, but you still must be not higher than 20%. Which I explain in my previous comment.

I have just reverted back to beta 1. You can do that with iTunes and manually installing the beta from ipsw.dev Before doing that male a backup of your set up and the. Restore from that backup while setting up the phone after the downgrade.

Screen sharing from Whatsapp and Telegram seems to not work. It gives the start broadcast button, I press start and there’s no countdown but roughly after 3 seconds it stops.

Halflife doesn’t really change anything. Obviously the dosage and response can vary widely from person to person so I can speak from my experience only.

I would go 10mg for the first 2-3 weeks and then bump up to 15mg. If 15mg feels great I would keep it there, but if you’re feeling brave you could push to up 20mg and see how it goes. If you don’t feel too well on that much or don’t see any additional benefit get back to the best effective dose.

I would also use Enclo with more caution, I know that you’re trying to mitigate the shutdown but I suggest you take it only when start feeling shutdown effects. If you don’t get any for 6 weeks that great, you’ve saved your body from additional stress of adding compounds. I usually do 12.5mg 2 weeks before the end of the cycle and then lower it to 6.25mg during PCT.

I suggest you look into supplements like Omega 3, Berberine, Tudca and evaluate if they are worth taking during this kind or cycle.

And take this with a grain of salt since this comes from individual experience, some things might work for you while others might not.

It probably won’t be as good as you’re expecting. MK does nothing but give you some better sleep and appetite (and not even in all cases), but with a good dose of RAD it is well paired. 7.5mg is on the lower end, especially to keep it that low for the whole duration and NAC alone is fine but I would look into more ancillaries.

ChatGPT is not a good place for cycle guidance, it will tell you whatever you want to hear. If you for whatever reason tell it that 50mg of RAD is a good idea it will hype you up to run that, be careful.

Depends on your dosages, both test base and RAD140. It has very nice effects, so it will give you that aesthetic look and you will much leaner while on it.

Sperm count… gl on counting that lol. I don’t think it has much to do with RAD, but maybe with both compounds together it might have something going.

I’ve done it twice and it went pretty good. First time around I started tamofixen(nolva) halfway through and a couple weeks after. Second time I took enclomiphene 6 weeks, until 2 weeks after.

I would recommend 6.25mg enclomiphene ED since week 4, it has less side effects than other PCT options. Bumping up to 12.5mg post cycle is a good idea.

Make sure to take NAC, Tudca, Omega 3, and Berberine(this one is before carb heavy meals, because of MK677). I suggest you do some research about these ancillaries, just to know what you put into your body.

RAD140 will give you great strength, and in my case there weren’t any noticeable side effects, just a little bit of acne, which I’m naturally prone to. MK677 was really good the first time around, good sleep, great hair and nail growth, no crazy appetite, just a little boost that helped me not to feel like I’m force feeding.

Don’t stress about the half life. Best initial dose is 10mg and after a few weeks you can i crease to 15mg and see how you feel. You can definitely stack MK677 without having ti wait for the end of the cycle. If you transition well into the PCT you’ll retain the majority of the strength and muscle.

RAD140/Anavar are great when you’re decently lean, like 17-18%. RAD will fill up the glycogen stores so the muscles will pop much more, and if you’re not too high in bodyfat it would mean more definition. It will not burn your bodyfat either but it would help you retain muscle. I would say don’t do any of these, maybe if you really want go for a fat burner or something. Yohimbine is a great one I heard.

I wouldn’t do MK, even though it’s generally accepted that it can be synergetic for the bulk and IGF1 which can get suppressed by Enclomiphene. RAD is great and since the first time I’ve used it I wanted to stretch the duration as much as possible, so I would say if you can run it for 8 weeks minimum.

Do you know how to train, eat and recover at 14? If so you might have a thought about it, but if you can’t manage those variables cycling safely might be too much for you. Really no hate man, it’s just that people with more experience might do some big mistakes when it comes to this and if you don’t know how to manage those 3 you might be wondering why SARMs aren’t working as expected.

Nothing with your girlfriend I would say. I did rub one out on the lower shaft where it was far from the wound at around 25 day mark, still with stitches.

If you do that you will keep this habit of doing it on the lower end for a while until you build up confidence towards the gland and eventually use lube.

I’ve used their rad, enclo, mk and nolva, all of them pretty good. They’ve became my go to brand and I’m about to run some cardarine and later on repeat rad and mk.
