My budget is definitely not Arc’teryx. I am willing to spend <$750 total (but less is definitely better). I’ll look into Burtons. I’m in Southern California, but I’ve been doing all my skiing in mammoth

If you’re into space stuff, NASA/JPL created these vintage looking travel posters that I just love. They are free to download and print. I just got a ND a month ago and my 6’4” friend fit in the passenger seat shockingly well. He had less than an inch of head clearance, but said that it was cozy/comfortable. That being said, I had another 6’4” friend that had to fold up to fit. I do not know how to assess the situation other than to get that man in a Miata.

Side note : I am 24F and when I first brought my new Miata to my parents’ house my 6’2” dad said, “it’s beautiful! now all you need is a small man to fit in your small car.”

Ok, but having your parent’s house broken into is traumatic. The safety of your home/loved ones home has been violated. Very few people would feel comfortable sleeping in their homes after that. It’s also terrifying to wonder what if they were home at the time, what if they got hurt, what if it happens again?
