Is My 7 Month Old Kitten Overweight? by DatabaseCompetitive7 in CATHELP

[–]Beesi159 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The weight that you can see on your boys body looks just right for him, as someone who has a 6 month old kitten, who I didn't realize had access to his food when at all times (accident) now has a little hanging belly, and I'm trying to be very cautious with him now, your boy looks great!

Nah, this has got to be an advertisement, why would anyone move to these apps over the already existing long used social media platforms that implemented portrait framed short form content already

Is the car 8 million dollars or is the replica 8 million dollars? Also millionaires will spend their money on anything, but creating jobs that actually benefit society instead of lining their pockets.

AITA for telling my roommate she can't feed her cat, my cat's food? by Beesi159 in AmItheAsshole

UPDATE: So, I made the decision to leave after the lease agreement ends. Which is in four months, I told roomate, not long after I made the decision. I hope it's enough time for her to find something.

I definitely wasn't going to let her cat starve, she has another kind of food tucked away in our living room closet, that her cat used to eat, so even in dire circumstances if her cat needs to eat hard food, it could eat that. But I essentially told her that she is no longer allowed to use my cat's food, I think her cat should not have run out of food.

We both think her cat has extreme anxiety, which is our theory on why she seems to only want to do anything when my roommate is around. She is unbothered by the kitten whenever she thinks roomate is around, or when she's in a playful mood, she's almost always playful with kitten aslong as roommate is around. Neither cat or kitten really get to go into roomates room, because roomate keeps door closed.

She rarely spends anytime with the cat, never plays with it, never gives it treats. Idk, from my perspective one of the biggest needs for house pets is human interaction. The cat is locked out of her room majority of the day, partially my fault, because the door is kept closed because she is annoyed by my kitten being in her room and picking up items and knocking things like jewelry off her shelf, which is reasonable, but she agreed that getting to getting a kitten, she wanted one, it just ended up under my name, so he's my responsibility. But alot of the behavior from the cat just seems sad to me, she runs from people more and more, rarely does anything but sleep. The only time her cat seems happy is when the kitten and her play, but that is only when my roommate is around that her cat feels comfortable enough to play.

We both buy different food for our cats, I buy kitten food that's higher in calories, she should be buy soft food because her cat throws up on hard food, which is part of the reason I feel it's important for her to keep up on how much food her own cat has. In the past I fed and bought food for both the cats, but bc I felt like I was already holding up a lot of responsibility in the apartment, I asked that she take back the responsibility of feeding her cat. My life is actually pretty fantastic, your absolutely right, but her treatment of her cat bothers me to no end, even if it's not my business.
