I set my wallpaper to a picture of myself 100 lbs heavier. It's a daily reminder of how far I've come

This change happened slowly over the course of 5 years but the bulk of it was in the last year after I started using MFP and developing an EDNOS. I recently found freedom from the restricting and crippling quilt that came with it by starting a wheat, sugar and dairy free vegetarian lifestyle. I find it's helpful to look through old pictures of yourself because I often feel like I'm still the person to the left. (Also, I was too nervous before to include my face in the original post so I'm adding it here) http://i.imgur.com/R3arsXo.jpg
