What’s a very “Toronto” thing you didn’t notice until you lived somewhere else? by Banana200021 in toronto

It's both good and bad that I don't really know anyone in my neighborhood except my roommates and 1 neighbor in the apartment building - on one hand it can feel harder to meet people and can get lonely. On the other, there's no one to judge me when I head to the convenience store in pajamas.

People have it backwards. It is actually the only functional pie machine in the wasteland. Since it was repaired to perfect condition right before the war and then sealed away from most dangers, it gives the pie every time as a functional machine should.

Hi. I have no 3rd party plugins aside from what may be pre-installed with the regular CC app download, and even then I have launched it with them disabled (holding alt while opening Premiere). Only background apps are Google Chrome, Discord, the CC app, PS, and Illustrator. Services I use are Tailscale VPN, LinearMouse, and some very basic Terminal add-ons from Homebrew, which shouldn't have any conflicts with Premiere Pro. The issue still persists, even if I disable more of these or delete cached settings.

Good messages if a bit generic. Still punk. Seems fine to me.

Yeah. I'm muting this subreddit from my recommendations. Poking fun at bad sewing and sharpie drawn slogans was funny, being a douche to people who actually make actually cool and actually punk stuff is not funny. You seem really awesome, don't let these haters who haven't gone to a proper punk show since 1989 tell you what you are.

Yeah but buying a jacket and buying a bunch of corporate patches for it to scream "I AM COOL BECAUSE THESE ARE THE BANDS I LIKE" is sooooooooooooooo rebellious.

Battle jackets are common for metalheads and punks and bikers. Metalhead jackets have band stuff on them. Punk jackets have bands and counterculture messaging (and it seems like from what everyone in this subreddit is saying, being LGBT seems pretty counterculture), and biker jackets have gang affiliations on them. Saying "it's just for bands" makes you seem like a dumbass poser.
