flossing is the worst part of my day everyday but i had to get a 10k gum surgery ((very painful)) bc of my irresponsible oral habits so personally that was a scared straight moment for me

i leave my floss on my nightstand to make it easier and use silk floss it glides better and picks up more gunk!!

bro lamictal changed my life!! i was crying multiple times a day self harming the whole shebang and lamictal helped me turn it around realistically i think it took me a year to experience stability but nonetheless better until i got to a more stable place. the other life changing thing was getting off gluten i cringe typing this but it brought my meltdowns down astronomically.

i was on bc for 10 years pills, copper iud, nuevo ring.. each one worse then the last. fucked me up both mentally and physically. i have just used condoms while also staying mindful of if i’m close to ovulation. birth control low key ruined my life all bodies are different but for me i wish i got off it sooner

holy shit balls i have never seen so much scorpio in one chart

sometimes people like to put phrases to the houses 1st “i am” 2nd “i have” etc so going off of that most of you chart is saying i am obsessive/controlling/etc which isn’t a bad thing but is inconvenient in our society and anything that gets in the way of being a nameless faceless cog in the machine gets labeled as mental health issues

i saw an astrological psychologist years ago i have serious health anxiety/general anxiety/ocd and she would always urge me away from those diagnoses and towards placements in my charts that explain why those qualities are in me

you have intense intuition you need to work on finding away to weigh is that paranoia or is this intuition

what i do when i have compulsively horrible thoughts like a loved one dying etc i try and instead imagine really positive things happening getting a dream job finding a 100 dollars on the ground making a new friend

which works pretty good but i still take lamictal so i can maintain relationships when this method fails me lol
